Payment options
Nobody Budgets for a Sidewalk Violation
What You Can Finance
Payment options may be available for work we quote, including sidewalk replacement, driveways, pavers, stoops, brick pointing, waterproofing, kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Availability and terms depend on the financing provider and applicant approval.
How It Works
- Get the written estimate first. We outline the proposed scope so you understand the project before discussing payment options.
- Ask about current plans. We explain the options available at that time, including the provider’s eligibility and credit requirements.
- Review the provider’s terms. Rates, payments, fees, and approval timing come from the financing provider. Review them before accepting.
- Schedule the work. Once the project and payment arrangements are confirmed, we coordinate the next available start date and required filings.
Why Homeowners Consider Payment Plans
Urgent repairs do not follow a savings schedule. A sidewalk defect or active water problem can become more disruptive when it is deferred.
Small masonry failures can spread. Open joints admit water; freeze-thaw cycles can widen the damage and increase the eventual repair scope.
A written scope makes the decision clearer. We document the proposed work and discuss visible conditions before work begins. If concealed damage changes the scope, we stop and ask for written approval.
